Key Components of the Self-Priming Pump

1. Pump Body:
   Made of high-strength cast iron or corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the pump body supports internal components and provides dedicated channels for gas-liquid mixing.

2. Impeller:
   The "power core" of the pump, featuring 3 to 6 blades (fewer than typical centrifugal pumps). Its forward-curved, semi-open design enhances air suction and gas-liquid mixing efficiency.

3. Gas-Liquid Separation Chamber:
   Separates the air (discharged via the exhaust port) from the degassed liquid, which is recycled to the impeller through the liquid return hole.

4. Liquid Return Hole:
   This feature controls the flow of recycled liquid, ensuring continuous and efficient gas-liquid mixing.

5. Sealing Device:
   Incorporates cavitation-resistant mechanical seals (e.g., SiC rotating ring, graphite stationary ring, fluororubber seal) to prevent leakage and enhance pump durability.

6. Motor:
   Converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. The motor's power and protection level are selected based on the specific working conditions of the pump.
