Key Material Recommendations
At room temperature (<60°C), no particles
- PP (Polypropylene): Most commonly used, cost‑effective, available in magnetic drive pumps or self‑priming pumps
- PVDF (Polyvinylidene fluoride): Higher temperature resistance and durability, preferred choice
- 316L stainless steel: Applicable for 20% acetic acid; 304 is not recommended (prone to long‑term corrosion)
- Cast iron, carbon steel and copper: strictly prohibited

Temperature >60°C
Only PVDF, PTFE or Hastelloy C are acceptable.

- Clean 20% acetic acid (no impurities)
- Fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump: leak‑free, ideal for chemical acetic acid transfer
