1. What Is a Vertical Pump?

A vertical pump is a centrifugal pump in which the motor and pump shaft are arranged vertically. It is widely used in industrial, municipal, and building systems due to its small footprint, stable performance, and high efficiency.
Common types include vertical single-stage pumps, vertical multistage pumps, long-shaft pumps, and corrosion-resistant vertical chemical pumps.

Operating Principle
