- 304 Stainless Steel
Fully suitable for 20% dilute nitric acid at room temperature with the best cost‑performance. Use silicon carbide/silicone carbide mechanical seals.
- 316L Stainless Steel
Better corrosion resistance; preferred for higher‑temperature or long‑term continuous operation.
- Fluoroplastics (PVDF/PTFE/PP)
Fully corrosion‑resistant and more economical, ideal for small‑flow acid‑base transfer applications.
❌ Unsuitable materials: cast iron, carbon steel, aluminum, copper (rapid corrosion will occur).
